Regular purchase experience. Having a bad experience with this order

Over charging charged both to my credit card (amex) then again to my PayPal account. Same card. Then I attempted to add items to my order. And was charged for the entire order again. By both methods. I would like this sorted as soon as possible. My original order number #13532****. Which I tried to add 4 bottles of gallo to, which it states on the website is $10per bottle.
